The origins of our company dating back to 1948 when Mr. Agustín Ors Franquesa, son of Calldetenes ( Barcelona), founded a small family industry that today is TRIPAS ORS, S.L ; and which is now located in Arenys de Munt( Barcelona), where we installed since November 2.002 to improve both facilities such us service .
At present, we continue to be a family business, managed and directed by members of the 2nd and 3rd generation of the same family Ors. As a result, our firm is proud to be able to offer a long experience in the sector, while a full adaptation to changes and developments in the market.
So, our company, always up to date in implementing existing legislation; has introduced a critical control points system ( HACCP )
NATURAL PRODUCT
Natural casings remains the product that sausage markers prefer for its preparation, thanks to their particular qualities that can not be imitated by their artificial counterparts.
For example, in the process of smoked sausage, the permeability of the natural casing, allows obtaining a taste and aroma particularly intense. This also extends to the cooked sausages as this feature makes it possible for the taste of the product and its species being unified and strengthened. Likewise, in the process of drying and curing of sausages, this quality is invaluable, because it facilitates to the sausage "breathe".
